Southside works on enquiries first, so nothing is booked or charged until you've agreed the details.

Discover
Browse places, experiences and stays. Each listing tells you what's included, what isn't and what we haven't yet confirmed.
Step 2
Save and plan
Save what interests you and arrange it into a day-by-day trip. Your trips are private to your account.
Step 3
Send an enquiry
Choose your date and group size and send an enquiry. It's free and doesn't commit you to anything. You'll get a reference number straight away.
Step 4
Confirm
We check availability with the provider and contact you with the final price and cancellation policy. Your enquiry status updates in your account.
Enquiry statuses
- Pending
- We've received your enquiry.
- Contacted
- We're in touch with you or the provider about details.
- Confirmed
- The booking is agreed.
- Declined / Cancelled
- The request couldn't go ahead, or was withdrawn.
- Completed
- The experience or stay has taken place.
Online payment isn't available yet. When it is, you'll only be asked to pay after you've confirmed the details. Questions? Read the FAQ.
