Cancellation and refund terms depend on the provider and are stated in your quotation. The terms in your written confirmation are the ones that apply.
Policies shown on listings marked “sample” or “not yet confirmed” are examples only.
To cancel an enquiry or reservation, contact us through the contact form with your reference number. We record the cancellation and any refund due under the agreed terms.
While payments are handled outside the platform, any refund is paid by whoever received the payment, under the agreed terms. We will tell you who that is when you book.
