Template, requires review before launch. This policy describes how the platform currently works. It has not been reviewed by a lawyer and is not a guarantee of legal compliance.
Providers must give accurate descriptions, prices, photos they are entitled to use, and clear policies, and must tell us promptly about changes.
Providers are independent businesses responsible for delivering what they describe, holding any licences, permits and insurance their activity requires, and complying with local law.
Our staff review providers before approval. A “Verified by Southside” mark means we have checked identity and basic listing details. It is not a certification, licence, insurance or safety inspection.
We may request more information, suspend or remove providers who do not meet these expectations.
